Christine Birkhoven

Christine Birkhoven, was born in Santiago de Chile in 1979, living in Germany since 1997. In 1998 she started her Industrial Design studies at the Duisburg-Essen University of Essen, then attended an exchange program at the Elisava Design School of Barcelona for six months, which was followed by a work internship at the Industrial Design studio of Novell/Puig.

After her graduation 2004 she was working on several projects as a freelance designer in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Zurich.

Her passion for design is focused on the conception of useful products, developing practical products with strict ergonomic criteria to obtain genuine customer satisfaction with regards to form, texture, and colour.

Christine´s skills cover conceptual work, 3D visualisation and modelling. Her strength is the ability to work in a team to meet the high demands of the client and market.
